Eric Glader - You can’t have the sweet without the bitter

This week on the pod we are joined by dad to two and the Founder
and CEO of PowerDot, Eric Glader! We spoke with Eric about a lot

wife’s work with Larry King (and how she is way cooler than him),

Eric’s Today’s Dad definition pays tribute to his father and the
spirit he inherited from him. He talks about how a Today’s Dad
has to be the crutch that leads his kids to the path but has to
balance that with letting them walk freely. He says a Today’s Dad
is present and sees what his children are doing and lets them see
what he is doing.
