to two, husband and the owner and founder of Discommon. We had a
great time talking with Neil about his journey creating
Discommon, the challenges of balancing work with being present at
home, creativity and drive, the emotional ride that is parenting,
and of course what it means to be a Today’s Dad.

can be if handled correctly.
