Sheldon is a dad to four, the Chef/Owner of Tin Roof in Maui, the
author of the new cookbook “Cook Real Hawai’i”, and was voted fan
favorite on season 10 & 14 of Top Chef! But most of all,
Sheldon is just a truly kickass human.

the interview to talk with Sheldon about the balance of being a
dad and chef and it did not disappoint!
