Fostering Honesty, Empathy, and Representation with Nick Liermann

This week on the pod, I am joined by Nick
Liermann! Nick is a dad to two, a veteran, a lawyer, the
founder of Team Foster, Co-host of the Team
CTW Podcast, and an all-around great human. 
 
We talk about the creation of Nick’s non-profit, Team Foster, and
what that has taught him about fatherhood, his new podcast,
blended families, integrity, honesty, empathy, representation,
the power of women, leadership, talking with our kids about what
is happening in Ukraine, and so much more.
