permanent DC bureaucracy that persists from administration to

all a conspiracy theory and an invention of the Trump
administration. David Rothkopf, who was at one time under the
tutelage of war criminal Henry Kissinger, was on MSNBC discussing
how unelected technocrats work behind the scenes to thwart the will
