On today's episode, Dennis speaks with the Chief of Police in
Marco Island, Florida and breast cancer survivor, Tracy Frazzano.
Tracy started her career in Montclair, New Jersey where she
became the first female detective, sergeant, lieutenant, captain
and deputy chief. After 25 years in Montclair she transitioned to
the position of Chief in Marco Island and a year into her tenure
she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her resiliency, strength
and support from her community helped her beat cancer. Today she
shares her story, discusses leadership and why we are all
stronger together.
