Estill Police Department who was shot four times Jan. 1, 2016,
while responding to a call. A camera in Smith’s glasses, which he
purchased for himself on Amazon, captured the incident. Quincy
shares his story of how the events unfolded, how he has overcome
this incident both physically and mentally, the danger of
complacency and to never giving up.
