enforcement training to the private sector. Rick was one of the
first responding officers to the Pulse Nightclub shooting in
2016.

of keeping people in your lives, how to deal with toxic family
members, Rick's personal struggles and how he took the leap to
help others with their mental struggles, leading by example and
taking action.
