Cpt. Kory Flowers is a 22-year veteran with the Greensboro (NC)
Police Department. Flowers trains law enforcement officers
nationwide on various subversive criminal groups, leadership, and
tactical communication. He is a frequent contributor to police
and a true believer in great leadership, setting the right
examples and supporting each other.


Today, Dennis and Cpt. Flowers discuss making human connections,
keeping the problems outside your department, making
