Howard Marks Discusses the Interest-Rates Machine

Bloomberg Opinion columnist Barry Ritholtz interviews Howard
Marks, the CFA and co-chairman of Oaktree Capital Management, in
his third appearance on Masters in Business. An author as well as
an investor, Marks most recently wrote “Mastering the Market
Cycle: Getting the Odds on Your Side,” which was released this
month. He also wrote 2011’s “The Most Important Thing: Uncommon
Sense for the Thoughtful Investor.”
