===== 慣用語典故===== 最早在19世紀出現這樣的用詞，不過當時單純是指one who blows a
whistle（吹哨子的人），到了19世紀末期，這個詞就變得更特定，指的是比賽中的裁判（referee）。但是到的現代英文這兩個意思都不見了，只剩下他比喻的用法：揭發錯誤的吹哨者。
