60: Hat Hewitt talks mobility with MAP Online

This week I'm joined by Hat Hewitt the founder of Map Online.Hat is
an experienced athlete and coach but has a special focus on
mobility. She started MAP Online a website and Facebook group
designed to help us all with our mobility.A number of the members
from CrossFit Bath had been recommending MAP so I thought I better
check it out and why not also get Hat on the podcast.We have a
