This week I am joined by the one and only Tinner. Not just a
coach at CrossFit Bath but well known in the Bath fitness
community. But what got him into CrossFit and coaching at the
box. We talk about his background, approach to training and
coaching and much more. He basically describes himself as a puppy
at the box.
