Bobby Blitz of Overkill and Mark Menghi of Metal Allegiance have
joined forces to create BPMD. The band also features friend of
the show Phil Demmel and Mike Portnoy. Bobby and Mark call into
the show to discuss how the band came to be, how they picked the
tunes to cover and proper eating during an interview
protocol.

Bakko and I discuss the origins and format of the show. We also
discuss how grunge affected us in our earlier years.
