Jonah Matranga (Onelinedrawing, Far)

Jonah Matranga of Onelinedrawing and Far joins the Talk Toomey
Podcast. Jonah discusses his upcoming album, Tenderwild, that
will be released on June 24th. Jonah and Joshua talk about
writing hooks, the collaborations on the album and songwriting in
general. The guys go deep and talk about the struggles of growing
up poor and his move to Sacramento. Jonah speaks on the early 90s
Sacto scene, Far going out with Sepultura on the "Roots" tour and
watching Deftones blossom. There is some Chi Cheng talk and he
gives us the backstory on the Savory and Pony covers. 


Toomey and Chris start the show discussing Judas Priest getting
in the Rock Hall, Chris going to see Plush and the latest on Dave
Chappelle getting attacked on stage. They finish the show with
