How bad is the inflation problem?

Last week UK inflation data spooked markets. Along with inflation
numbers in the US and Europe it got investors asking whether or
not inflation is becoming embedded.


I spoke with my colleague and Chief Economist Keith Wade about
why inflation remains stubbornly high, what more can be done
about it and what it likely means for the economy and investors.
