Leo Quinn is the CEO of infrastructure firm Balfour Beatty. He
joined as a graduate but left to explore other opportunities and
learn new skills. As a problem solver he was re-hired by Balfour
in 2014 and became chief executive the next year. Since then, the
company has grown in strength.
