espresso, Steven Fruci is a business school graduate, an
accomplished musician, and a co-host of the coffee podcast Bean
There, Done That based in Toronto, Canada. With over 20 years of
professional experience in the espresso coffee industry, Steven is
a factory-certified espresso machine technician and second
generation coffee distributor. Steven’s family business, Northwest
Kitchenware, has been importing and distributing Italian espresso
machines for over 40 years. As retailers as espresso makers for the
home, as well as commercial machines for cafes and restaurants, the
family has also developed their own premium blend espresso coffee

Raj is a quadruple board certified physician and associate
professor at the University of Southern California. He was a
co-host on the TNT series Chasing the Cure with Ann Curry, a
regular on the TV Show The Doctors for the past 7 seasons and has a
