6 // My first time in Tulum - at Bikini Bootcamp in 2013

Did you know that Mexico means 'belly button of the moon', in the
native Mexican language, Nahuatl, Aztec or Mexicano.  


Episode 6 is about my love affair with Mexico, after falling in
love on Isla Mujeres in 2010, my first visit and how a wellness
retreat changed my life and helped me heal from THE break-up,
giving me hope and helping me find my soul again.  I found
myself back in Mexico in January 2014 after a New Years Eve party
at today's Bitcoin Billionaire's Miami South Beach mansion. 
I needed recovery so I booked a ticket to Tulum and joined Bikini
Bootcamp at the luxe Amansala Chica Resort. 


I give you a glimpse into the retreat and how wild Tulum once was
before the influx of tourists charred the magical land.  I
give you an insight into the magical country of Mexico and why
this is a vortex for free spirits, healers, gurus, shamans, and
people looking for inner peace. 


I also tell you about the dark side of Tulum and how much it has
changed, how NOT to experience Mexico and how to get the most
from this beautiful country.  Mexico is so full of soul, of
spirit, and hope.  I feel like I have "come home" when I am
here. It is the bootcamp for the soul.
