14 // Retrograde Reiki and navigating this Cancer Full Moon during my 21 Day Sananga Detox

In this episode, I talk about the current Mercury Retrograde
(14th January - 3rd February), what it means exactly and what you
should do to navigate this season of communication and
technological mayhem. I cover the Cancer Full Moon on the 17th
January 2022 and introduce my 21-day Sananga Detox, which I
started a week ago (14 days to go!) 


I then introduce you to Reiki, an energy healing modality that I
first started in 2008, and how I offer a remote reiki treatment
right here from my home in Mexico. I explain how I do an Aura
meditation, card reading, and intuitive reading for my clients,
aligning with their remote reiki treatment. 


This Sananga Detox has unleashed my creative tiger (it is the
Chinese Year of the Tiger, after all). I have since created a

I encourage you to use this Mercury and Venus Retrograde season
to go within and reassess your life and ditch all that no longer
serves you and release it at the next Full Moon.
