18 // Truth Transcends All Illusions - When to walk away from the Narcissist

As we evolve and our soul matures, we find ourselves
transitioning away from people not in our best interest. 


Breaking up with friends can be challenging and sometimes
necessary for expanding our consciousness. 


The sensations you feel within your body will signpost you
towards or away from the people in your life. 


If you frequently feel tense or demoralized in their presence,
for instance, that may be a tip-off “that they are not truly on
your team”.


The question is: why might we continue to invest in friendships
that we have mixed feelings about, or that may even actively make
us feel bad?


Sometimes our enemies are our best teachers, people can learn
from their mistakes, and destruction sometimes means rebirth.


Your biggest supporter is usually a stranger. Your biggest hater
is someone you know. 


Narcs wear a mask and hide behind it, they simply don't have a
healthy sense of self. They lure their victims in with their
false profile, their false sense of self. But eventually, when
you rip this mask off them, you see someone with shame,
insecurity, struggling with abandonment. 


When you reject them they are shocked as the mask did not work
and that's when panic sets in. They will show off their new
source of narc supply and pretend they are not wounded. They will
stalk you online and physically, smearing your name, talking
about you to your friends, spreading false rumors, they are
vindictive and lack empathy. You are not dealing with a healthy
mind and unfortunately, there is no pill they can take for their
disorder. 


Anyone that turns into a beatbox when you share your dreams and
goals is not a true friend. Please pay attention to how they
react. 


No one is perfect. What matters is we learn and become the best
version of ourselves and support those in our circle. 


Learn when to end the friendship or relationship with the Narc,
for your own sanity and welfare.
