Arron Doughty, I discuss my transformative Ayahuasca ceremony.


I share my insights on how I believe Ayahuasca is truly
transformative and healing and give you a taste of my recent
experience at the plant medicine retreat in Nosara.


Although still very much on my pink cloud and in the integration
process, I share some recent changes; my aversion to alcohol
since the ceremony and my new taste for marijuana - which is a
plant medicine too. I talk about falling asleep on the medicine
and the energetic marathon my soul has just returned from.
