This one is about allowing yourself to be present in your bad
moods and listening to that energy to allow it to work its way
through you. We're inundated with social media posts about "good
vibes only" that we almost feel guilty or shame for having a bad
day, being depressed, or feeling negativity. Our emotions are
indicators of what is going on inside and it's so important to
listen to that indication so that we can get to the root of it,
let it pass, and allow our own healing in divine timing. 


Grief has no expiry date, it's important to sit in that space and
scream, cry, and sleep when you need to. Positivity or
spirituality becomes toxic when we use it to mask our feelings
and hide behind the layers of grief. It's okay not to be
ok. 


Allowing those dark days in bed, allows you to sit and listen to
your highest self and the Universe, God, and Spirit which will
offer you signs and show you how to move through the darkness and
towards the light. It looks different for everyone, but only you
can hear the message. Sit in silence and let Spirit serve
you.
