Why is Apologizing So Hard?

Why is it so hard to apologize? These two words, "I'm Sorry",
seem to throw off children and adults every time, catapulting
people into further conflict. In this episode, we wrap up the
marriage and intimacy series and introduce the leadership series
by going back to the basics of conflict resolution and the
dreaded apology.
