Episode 7 Marika Walker

Today’s guest Marika Walker, has high school PBs of 56.54 for
400m, 2:06 for 800, 4:50.72 1600m and to top it off also owns a
Cross County  5k PR of 17:34. A 2x State Champion in Cross
Country she brought the title back to PG County in 2005 &
2006. She is an All-Met, All County, All American Honors during
the 2006 and 2007 seasons. At the 2007  Penn Relays she was
part of the team from Eleanor Roosevelt that captured the
Championship of America in the 4x800m.
