Episode 9 Daryl Young

Today’s guest has high school PBs of 48.41 for 400m, 
1:58.43 for 800. He won the Springdale school’s first male
individual state title in 2003. He captured  the 2003 state
crown in the 300m dash posting a 35.64, avenging his 5th
place  the year before. At that same meet he helped his team
win the 4x400m defeating the traditional powerhouse teams of
Suitland, Oxon Hill & High Point. A main cog individually and
for numerous relays at championships at national meets he was
inducted to the C.H. Flowers Golden Spike Club. Welcome 2003 C.H.
