The responsible, loving husband needs to be the leader in a
successful marriage. 50/50 marriages will not function properly.
Women know when their husbands are being fair and putting them
first, or when men are selfish and putting themselves first. When
husbands put their wives first, their wives will happily follow
them as women don't want the stress of leading the family. The
problem comes when men don't understand HOW to
correctly be the leader of their family.
