297 | View #2: Religion Should be Excluded From Government

This view states that there is no room for religion in government
and is promoted by the ACLU.  It violates the first
amendment by keeping religion out of government instead of
keeping the government out of religious affairs.  It also
promotes atheisms as the religion of the government.  Romans
13:4 talks about government as God's agent to institute
righteousness and punish evil.  If we take God out of
government we remove  absolute morality and promote
relativism.  Daniel 4:27,Luke 3:19, and Acts 24:25, are good
examples of the influence of religion in government.
