Muslims deny that God is triunity , yet in the Quran God is
referred to with the plural pronoun" we".  In Sura 2:23,106,
Sura10: 94, and Sura 66:12 where  it says that God and the
Holy Spirt breathed into Mary.  Also in the Quran it says
that the Spirit appeared to Mary in the form of a man. 
Muslims can not explain the plurality of God and also his
oneness. But Christian do throughout the Bible because God
revealed himself that way.
