# 9 Take time to pause

Is your life still really
busy, despite our current situation?
Do you still have a hundred and one things to
do for work, family and home schooling?


Then let this time for English be your down
time. Take a breath, grab your
favourite drink and take a few minutes to find three new words or
phrases in this text which inspire you.


I've managed to make my life ultra busy in this time,
working on ideas, pivoting old ones
and working out ways to not cancel everything. Fortunately
I noticed this in myself
and now I am making time to meditate
and to talk to friends. I really enjoy those moments when
I've been able to interact with people -
even if they're not in the same room as me. It has
lifted my spirit and I realise I am still connected
to someone. How are you connecting to the people you love at this
time?


I’m running a 5 week Back to Basic Grammar Course starting this
week on the 18thof April.
