frustrate your growth. We have no control over these forces. These
are constant and they’re not going away”. One of the few areas we
can control are the conditions inside the organization and that’s
why leadership matters. In this segment I’ll Share specific details
as to why Southwest airlines stands out as a top employer. With 4%
voluntary turnover, 44 consecutive years of profitability, the
lowest ranking for customer complaints in their industry, 85% of
employees saying they’re proud to work for Southwest, It begs the
question how did they do this? Especially how did they do this
during a time when there were so many layoffs in their industry.
