July 20th, 2019: Vivian Girls Induced Nostalgia

The July 20th edition of Look At My Records! is half old and half
new. Tom celebrates the recent reformation of one of his favorite
bands, Vivian Girls, by playing their brand new single, "Sick,"
plus some old favorites from their 2008 self-titled album and their
“Surf’s Up” 7-inch single. Plus, Tom takes a stroll down memory
lane with some late aughts classics from Brooklyn-based artists
Crystal Stilts, Real Estate, Woods, and The Beets! The second half
of the program features new tracks from Atlas Engine, New Myths,
Parrot Dream, Russian Baths, Tetchy, Colatura, and Surfbort. Patio
and Resounding No wrap up this episode, which was broadcast on one
of the hottest days of the summer!
