Lady Hamlet with Lenne Klingaman

Classical stage actress Lenne Klingaman is currently playing the
title role of Hamlet for the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. Not
only is she playing this historically male role, she’s playing
Hamlet as a woman -- something that is rarely done, and more than a
tad controversial. Lenne’s been making waves all over the country
for her bold and “unconventional” (read: female) portrayal -- and
was even featured in the New York Times.
