with Patrick about his journey in the cycling world, his struggles
with depression and his journey to better mental health. Patrick
Brady on his path to a career in cycling, and what it’s meant to
him; “It really was a strange journey to get to point where I’ve
made a career for myself in cycling. This certainly was not what I
thought was going to happen when I was 25. The upshot is that I’m
healthier physically, I’m healthier mentally, and while I can’t say
that all of my good mental health is a result of cycling, it was
cycling that lead me to the understanding and to the resources that
got me where I am today. So, I can’t be grateful enough for
cycling”.
