Mark Macy and Travis Macy, Adventure Racers

Father and son Mark and Travis Macy are adventure racing and ultra
endurance sports legends. Mark began by running a marathon and that
eventually lead to Ironmans, ultra marathons and competing in Eco
Challenges. Travis grew up watching Mark compete in these events
and caught the bug too. Travis is now a finisher of over 120 ultra
endurance events in 17 countries, author of The Ultra Mindset,
coach, and professional endurance athlete. We chat with Mark and
Travis about their recent competition in the ‘World’s Toughest
Race: Eco Challenge Fiji’, Mark’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis and much
