Introducing Laval St. Germain as cohost of the Adventure Audio
Podcast. Laval is an adventurer, airline captain, outdoor athlete,
cyclist, trail runner, adventure racer, fitness nut & dad. To
date, the only Canadian to have summited Mount Everest without the
use of supplemental oxygen & the holder of the fastest ever
solo ocean rowing crossing of the North Atlantic Ocean from
mainland Canada to mainland France. We’re very excited to bring you
