Anxiety is the New Norm - Jonesboro Breakout Session 2

Students have it. Everyone talks about it. In today’s
angst-driven society, everyone is trying to figure out how to
“deal with” their stress. Stress-coping videos are the number one
climbing trend on YouTube, and CDC research shows the rise in
anxiety among students. This should signal to the church that we
need to talk about how to teach students to cope with anxiety. We
will discuss the current trends of how society says to cope and
what the church should be doing. We must help students understand
the difference between healthy anxiety vs. unhealthy
anxiety.
