A 'soundscape' treatment of the 2012 East Timorese general
elections which were peaceful and well conducted. A team of
Australian observers went up into the hills of the Ermera
province to monitor the process, spread among three mountain
villages. Includes interviews with the Australian observers, a
Timorese police official, and some of the count.
