We are back with T.J. Hooker and his crew. This time Hooker is on
the trail of a serial killer who is back after an eight year
absence. Also, this is the first episode with Heather Locklear as
part of the cast. We also have questions on how old Hooker's love
interest is supposed to be in this episode.
