My guest in this episode is Loe Hornbuckle. Loe is the CEO of
Sage Oak Assisted Living in Dallas, Texas.


Loe started out in business in auto sales while in Louisiana
and then he relocated to Dallas to work in a multifamily
management company — eventually investing and starting his own
venture and investing company to invest in Assisted Living
Facilities. Loe now operates 5 main assisted living properties
that fill a need significantly lacking in his markets;
re-Creating the warmth and comfort of home for all of his
tenants.
