491: Noel Christopher: The State Of Single Family Real Estate

My guest in this episode is Noel Christopher. Noel is the Senior
Vice President at Renters Warehouse. Noel has extensive
experience in sourcing, acquisition and disposition consulting
across the single family rental industry for both institutional
and private equity funds. His clients have ranged from hedge
funds working at scale to community-minded socially conscious
developers involved in neighborhood stabilization projects and
the National Community Stabilization Trust.


As Renters Warehouse’s National Business Development Lead, Noel
is working exclusively on portfolio management takeovers and
contract buy-outs to aggressively expand the top-rated property
management company’s national footprint in the next few years.
