515: Christian Pepe: Asset Based Lending For Your Real Estate Business

serves as a Managing Partner for First Equity Funding and has
done so since 2009. First Equity Funding is an asset-based/hard
money lender that focuses on lending to real estate investors
looking to fix/flip or buy and hold residential, mixed-use and
multifamily properties.


Christian has an extensive background and over 15 year’s
experience in traditional lending, fix/flip lending, hard money
lending, mortgage note buying, real estate investing, and
construction management.
