527: Ryan Duff: Customized Multi-Family Real Estate Financing

My guest in this episode is Ryan Duff. Ryan is a Vice President
in Arbor’s New York office. He is responsible for originating
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine and
Preferred Equity transactions nationwide.


Ryan joined Arbor in 2010 as a Senior Analyst before transferring
to a newly created FHA Business Development team. As Director of
this group, Mr. Duff began originating loans across all FHA loan
product types in the multifamily and healthcare arenas. He then
transitioned and became a full-time Originator in 2014.
