536: Dan Zitofsky: How To Stop Chasing Money and Start Seeing Prosperity Through Passive Wealth

My guest in this episode is Dan Zitofsky. Dan is an
entrepreneur, investor, speaker, and educator.


As an investor, Dan has closed over 800 fix-and-flips, 650
rental properties, 800 plus doors in multi-family projects and
over 1,000 private money and Non Performing Note transactions.
He personally coaches investors at all levels, offering
guidance for raising private money and building their net worth
with turnkey rentals in emerging markets, but more importantly
how to create “True Passive Wealth.” He is also a featured
speaker at many national gatherings of investors and wealth
groups Internationally.
