549: Irfan Raza: Philadelphia Real Estate Cashflow

My guest in this episode is Irfan Raza. Irfan is the sole owner
of Raza Homes, a real estate development and investment company
based in Philadelphia, PA. The primary focus of the company is to
continuously build its rental portfolio through the acquisition
of single-family and small multi-family properties in
Philadelphia.  Raza Homes currently holds over 70 units
valued at over $10 million and flips multiple properties a
year.  Since becoming a full-time investor in 2016, Irfan
has completed over 100 real estate transactions. Irfan is a CPA
and licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania.
