My guest in this episode is James Eng. James has originated
almost $1 billion in multifamily loans nationwide as a Senior
Director for Old Capital.  Prior to Old Capital, he was a
senior underwriter for GE Capital Real Estate underwriting over
$750MM in commercial real estate loans.  He also is a real
estate investor with a portfolio consisting of Multi-Family
investments.
