561: J. Thomas Martin: How To Leverage Your Real Estate Business To Travel The World

My guest in this episode is  J Thomas Martin. After J got
out of jail for selling cocaine at 19, he made the
decision that he would find a legal way to make good money, and
live the life he always dreamed of. After going back to college
and eventually graduating with a degree in economics &
minor in finance, he ended up working in bank regulation during
the financial crisis. J learned two important lessons along the
way..


He loved traveling on his limited vacation time, and Real
Estate could be a lucrative field


He then made 2 decisions: he would quit his job to travel the
world full-time and he would use Real Estate to help him do
that.
