623: Colin Murphy: How To Invest During The Pandemic In Turnkey Markets

My guest in this episode is Colin Murphy. Colin, who was a guest
on show 197, is originally from Ireland and has been investing in
the US since 2009. Since then he has bought and sold more than
$100 million worth of real estate, including 350+ fix and flips
in the Tampa Bay Area between 2015-2020.


He has experience in a variety of real estate-related activities,
including buy & hold, fix and flip, wholesaling, tax liens,
tax deeds, foreclosure auctions, note investing, private lending,
and more.


Colin also lived for many years in Madrid Spain and was an active
flipper and landlord of Florida single-family homes during that
time.


In addition to investing, he is the host of the
"Colin Podcasts about Real Estate show".
