Breaking News:
Former Massachusetts senator Scott P. Brown, a moderate Republican who two years ago ran for Senate in New Hampshire, endorses Donald Trump at a rally here Tuesday night, one week before the state's presidential primary.
Brown's decision has been closely guarded for days, but it was confirmed by two people familiar with the event, where Brown will appear onstage with the candidate.

Donald Trump on Tuesday said his decision to skip the last Republican debate before the Iowa caucuses may have led to his second-place finish in the Hawkeye State.
But the nationwide GOP front-runner maintained that he did "very well" in Iowa, adding that he believes expectations may have been set too high.
"That could've been with the debate," Trump acknowledged to reporters in Milford, New Hampshire, where he was introduced and endorsed by former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown. "I think some people were disappointed that I didn't go into the debate."Hillary Clinton wins Iowa caucuses.

Hillary Clinton's razor-thin victory in the Iowa Democratic caucuses sets up a prolonged nomination fight with rival Bernie Sanders as the focus shifts to New Hampshire.

After an anxious night for both sides, the state Democratic Party declared Clinton the winner just before 1 p.m. Tuesday - and she immediately seized on her moment of triumph.

"I am so thrilled," Clinton told CNN's Wolf Blitzer in an interview minutes later. "My luck was not that good last time around, and it was wonderful to win the caucus, to have that experience."

But the slim margin of victory means Clinton failed to establish herself as the Democrats' clear standard-bearer in the first contest of 2016. While it once appeared that Clinton might wrap up the nomination quickly, the caucus results suggest the primary battle will be a hard-fought referendum on what the Democratic Party should be.

Bernie Sanders pledges revolution.

Bernie Sanders earned a hard-fought draw in the Iowa caucuses Monday night, dealing Hillary Clinton a setback as the race turns to New Hampshire even if she is ultimately declared the victor.

"Given the enormous crisis facing our country," Sanders said in a jab at the former secretary of state, "it is too late for establishment politics and establishment economics."

The Vermont senator described the murky final score as a "virtual tie," but his supporters treated it like a victory, interrupting his remarks to chant, "Feel the Bern!'

Cruz takes Iowa.

Republican Ted Cruz bested Donald Trump, raising questions about the billionaire's reliance on his celebrity instead of traditional political organization. And Marco Rubio's stronger-than-expected showing could mark him as the establishment's best hope against a grassroots revolt in next week's New Hampshire primary and beyond.
