A federal law enforcement officer sought in the fatal shootings of his estranged wife at a school, a man at a mall parking lot and a woman outside a grocery store has been arrested, police in Maryland said Friday afternoon.

Eulalio Tordil, 62, was taken into custody without incident after police spotted him inside a business close to the grocery store, Montgomery County police Chief J. Thomas Manger said at a news conference.

Police waited about an hour to make the arrest, fearing Tordil was armed, and closed in when he got into his vehicle, Manger said. A weapon was found in the vehicle, he said.

Tordil is an employee of the Federal Protective Service, which protects federal facilities and is part of Homeland Security.

Additional Marines arrive at U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.

Twenty-five additional heavily armed U.S. Marines arrived at the U.S. embassy in Baghdad within the last several hours, a U.S. official tells CNN.

The Marines were requested by the State Department, which is in charge of security.

Concerns have risen since demonstrations occurred there last week in Baghdad's "Green Zone," where the embassy is located.

More demonstrations had been expected Friday but the U.S. official said the area has remained peaceful so far.
Neither the Pentagon or State Department disclosed the precise number of security forces already on site.

Lindsey Graham won't vote for Trump or Clinton in 2016.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, one of Donald Trump's most outspoken Republican critics, says he will not vote for either Trump or Hillary Clinton for president this year.

Saying he thinks the Republican Party has been "conned," Graham told CNN Friday that he and Trump don't share the same beliefs.

"I don't think he's a reliable Republican conservative," he said. "I don't believe that Donald Trump has the temperament and judgment to be commander in chief. I think Donald Trump is going to places where very few people have gone and I'm not going with him."

Graham's comments sparked a scathing response from Trump, who called him a "poor representative and an embarrassment to the great people of South Carolina."
